Our interpreters are qualified and registered with the National Register of Communication Professionals with Deaf People (NRCPD), Regulatory Body for Sign Language Interpreters & Translators (RBSLI) or Institute of Translation & Interpreting (ITI). They may also be members of professional associations such as the Association of Sign Language Interpreters (ASLI), or Visual Language Professionals (VLP).
We have a long-standing presence with the Ddeaf community across the regions that we support, often involved in raising awareness and promoting events across social media. We try to forge strong relationships with our service users and interact with them on a daily basis, ensuring open communications via text, WhatsApp and FaceTime, to confirm bookings and appointments.
Our popular Training, BSL video production and consultancy services are now further enhanced by our virtual ‘Drop-in’ service.
