Local Authority

Our work with local authorities covers a wide range of scenarios. We support service users across a range of media. From contacted support for multiple services and teams such as sensory services, housing to children’s and adult social services, we will be there to support and empower Deaf individuals to access services and gain the help that they need.

In addition to standard assignments we can deliver public health messages through BSL signed video, convert complex leaflets to accessible information and even offer a virtual ‘drop-in’ service for your local Deaf community.

We have been proud to work with councils year on year and develop collaborative working relationships that offer the Deaf community a quality service which enhances their experience of life in their borough.
