NEW Virtual Drop-In Service
We are excited to launch a new virtual drop-in service where Deaf people can access the skills of a BSL interpreter by sending a text or email with a problem or issue they need help with.
Some examples of things we can help with include:
- Filling in a form
- Contacting utilities companies
- Making or rearranging hospital appointments
- Speaking to the housing department
One of our friendly team will then get in touch to understand the situation and provide information, support and advice as needed.
This service is currently being trialled with Wigan council.
